  I called the home for a pick up of a patient When speaking to the person he was rude and disrespectful calling my supervisor a idiot and he felt sorry for me for having to work under her all because she called them before the family had come up. He also stated " she probably didnt call back because she didnt have the balls to apologize" I was in such shock that i just gave her the phone. They were very unprofessional from the time they answered the phone. It appeared to me that they did not want to be present when the family were here to give condolences. They stated call back when the famliy leaves.
