  Number 1 she is very expensive. Which would be okay if her services was worth the price. We choose her for my brothers funeral because we wanted things done right and professional. And we got just the opposite. Denise was very insenisitive and unsympathetic. We are a family that never had a funeral and didn't know how things are suppose to go. The first problem was we told her it was a lot of people and we had a band playing. She said her chapel would hold of that. Then a day before she call my mom and said the conversation off as " We have a problem". And we had to change the location last minute after I already told her we wanted do,uhave it at the church. She was no help and we had to basically direct things on our own. She didn't sit the family in the front. She didn't even have the guest boy and picture frame we brought to sit next to book in front so everyone can see it. Family asked for things that she didn't do. And every time she was asked about it she would blame us. She was rushing a funeral when we paid for overtime and asked for it to be included. She was closing the casket as we were trying to say our last goodbyes. She didnt line up the pawbearers to take him out. She didnt present the family with anything like all funeral homes did. Everyone noticed the bad job she did. Then she lead us the cementry through all the traffic on the express way and normal cars was cutting the in the line. And she had the nerve to lead us to the cementry and continue and not even go into burial place. Not once did my mother get a sorry for your loss from her. I would never recommend her.
