  Wonderful! Helpful staff who were compassionate and friendly. I've been t several funerals there and I've only seen good work done.

  When our loved one passed away, we wanted to find a funeral home that was courteous, respectful, and wasn't just trying to make a quick buck off of people's tragedy. We ended up going with Falvo, and we're extremely glad we did. We're Jewish, and when we talked to Mike and Chris, the two brothers that own Falvo, they admitted that they don't do too many Jewish funerals. Nonetheless, they went out of their way to follow every Jewish tradition, and accommodate us in every way. Falvo is a family owned business, and the owners took pride in what they do - it shined through every conversation that we had with them.
  
  In terms of price, Falvo charged us roughly half as much as the other funeral homes that we've talked to. It wouldn't be a problem for us to pay more, but it was very reassuring to see that their priority was helping people through a hard time, and not to rip off people in distress.
  
  I couldn't recommend them more. After the experiences we had with some other funeral homes in the Rochester area, they literally restored my faith in humanity.
